Executive Director: Mr. Alex Bwaluka
Mr. Bwaluka is CCCYDs Founder and current Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies as well as a Diploma in Social Work and a Single Subject Diploma in Business Management and Administration. He additionally holds a Certificate in Psycho-Social Counseling and is a Certified Senior Trainer after completing the Framers Business Simulation Training (SBFIC).
As Executive Director, Mr. Bwaluka serves as CCCYD's Head of the Secretariat. As such, he manages the day-to day operations of CCCYD and is responsible for the organization's internal affairs. CCCYD has at its disposal a pool of human resource volunteers who hold expertise in counseling, education, and administrational affairs. These volunteers are vital to furthering CCCYD's mission as they work hand in hand with the Executive Director to implement a variety of HIV/AIDS prevention activities, counseling services, educational advocacy, and orphan support.

Program Manager: Ms. Kapampa Kapeya
As Program Manager, Ms. Kapampa Kapeya is the head of CCCYDs project scope. She holds a diploma in Social Work and is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies. She additionally has a Certificate in Psycho-Social Counseling.
Legal Advisor: Mr. Makayi Kayuma Jones
As the Legal Advisor, Mr. Makayi Kayma Jones facilitates the legal scope of CCCYD. He holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights, a Bachelor of Law Degree, and a Diploma in Law. He has additionally completed a Legal Practitioners Qualifying Course and has also served as a Gazetted Public Prosecutor.
Finance Officer: Sylvia Nambeya.
As CCCYDs Finance Officer, Ms Sylvia Nambeya is involved in the financial management of CCCYD. She holds a bachelor's degree in Development studies and economics from the University of Zambia
Project Officer: Ms. Rita Betty Phiri
As a Project Officer, Ms. Betty Phiri coordinates all the organization projects and monitoring activities of the organization. She holds a Bachelor's degree in public administration she is also a certified trainer in Financial and Farmers Business Literacy Education.
